According to the SJW left, intelligence is the one and only measure of value for a person. That's why poor whites are stupid inbred bumblefucks and we're not allowed to discuss how intelligence is heritable because that might disadvantage blacks.

I've seen some left wing people say eugenics only happens if it's systematic so parents making personal choices doesn't count.

Frankly I think personal choice is still eugenics and that its fine. People should want a healthy, happy child otherwise they'd be shit parents.

I even support people wanting kids with their own disabilities because they think they can raise those kids better, like deaf parents wanting a deaf kid. If you think it's going to turn out better long term when weighed up against the disadvantages then it's a fair choice.
