That is a hard one, but I can say this: all narcissists are psychopaths. They are the center of the universe and only care about themselves. That's a rough definition of psychopath. But some psychopaths can keep it under control so they appear more or less normal to most people most of the time. Just look up >psychopathy scale (or test)< and you can find out in minutes if you or one of your loved ones is a psychopath. Of course there is a scale from mild, to "that dude is really boinked in the head man." (Excuse the technical jargon.)
