There's a rationale for the other comment. The nickel may induce the Oligodynamic effect.

Also, blue condoms would be a hit.

Somebody should process that latex into some self-sterilizing condoms.
Or some large self-sterilizing gloves; with removable fingers. These latex fingers could later be used as condoms.
