It does seem to be a trend over the past couple of days. I wouldn't be surprised to see these posts and accounts all come from the same IP. (but I cannot check that)

Maybe ask D3rr and he might be able to just tell you a bit about where the ads are coming from.

One ad had 200mg of Viagra in one pill. If that doesn't work out, it's time to give up. Anyway, I just reported at least thirty ads.

Is the spam getting worse? It used to just be nightly or so, like one string of posts. I've gotta see if theres some spam settings that we can set better.

It comes in bursts like this. I'd say this sort of thing happens about once every 3 weeks. Only difference is I didn't catch it all until 24 hours later so you had to. Ban and remove all that are clearly spam or ads like you have been, it's like weeding the garden :)
