Naw.

When my projects are competed enough to a state where I want help on them or I want to promote them I will want to announce it to others.

Just because this guy writes article on Medium, rather than Steemit, Wikipedia, Minds, or SaidIt doesn't make him a shill.

It would be better if they participated in the community, but to my initial glances they didn't seem to be peddling anything.

I agree. Participation or lack thereof is most of what I'm looking at when reporting these accounts. There's one other that is a one man link factory to a particular site, but they're also occasionally participating.

I guess bad / Dad humour is finally enough to get censored on SaidIt. It's either that or M7 had an allergic reaction to the onion patch - again.
