Reagan was literally a movie actor. Trump is also literally an actor.
The entire point of the president is to be a good PR guy for the military-industrial-banking complex and to take all the blame so we can throw him in the trash and start again on a new guy in 4 or 8 years. And the military-industrial-banking complex never sees any bad PR or penalties because it's blamed on one individual, who became president based on how good they looked on TV. As it ever was.

People with dementia are amazing actors. They can forget who their children are, yet cope by pretending to know them.
