Alcohol is promoted and encouraged to keep weak people from being able to stand up straight and see clear.

Drunks hate mornings - Best time of the day!

No matter how popular it is - there's nothing good about ingesting poison - the whole 'social lubricant' defense is just an excuse. When people need to pollute themselves to gain courage, it's like taking one step forward and three steps back. at least.
