Personal phone never leaves Airplane Mode, meself, folk who know me know how to get a hold of me if needed. Work phone has nothing on it but the factory standard apps, but gotta keep the 4G on and one work related email attached and thats it.

If you can you should look into getting a custom ROM on it, like LineageOS. Removes most of the tracking from within Android.

Not to say there aren't other OSes on your phone...
