Correct, both combine state power with market power in the government, which usually leads to very powerful and oppressive governments. Capitalism is supposed to separate markets and state

That doesn't make sense...statutory laws are what grants a corporation corporate status

Capitalism is simply an economic arrangement in which you have a market economy, rather than a centrally planned one, and the means of production are privately rather than publicly owned. Any economic system with these two features that you could possibly conceive of is a type of capitalism

Capitalism is an incorporation. The market economy is determined by persons under limited agency who are incorporated.

Anything outside of federally or statutory issued money used for commercial purposes, such as bartering...

Is NOT incorporated.
