Can someone explain like I'm five why anyone would want to reinstate a kleptocrat to the White House?
There's a search warrant and a stack of classified documents that suggest that even after he left the White House he was selling military secrets to foreign nations.
That's quite apart from putting his family in positions of power, ignoring the Hatch act, cozying up to North Korea and Russia (most people presume for personal gain), weakening the US' military ties, blocking the modernisation of the US' military, and overseeing a catastrophic loss in intelligence assets (plausible actively causing it, again for personal gain).
That's quite apart from damaging the justice system by selling presidential pardons, damaging the environment by allowing water pollution, overseeing a $6.8 Trillion dollar increase in national debt, having promised to reduce it.
I don't see any good in the guy, unless you're a hard-core pro-lifer or KKKonservative and are enjoying the new supreme court's erosion of democracy, separation of church and state, and women's and minority rights.

This seems more about reinstating him to Twitter.
