Interesting quote, I like it. It speaks a lot of truth. It also points out the power of art. I find the direction of our emotion often dictates the quality of our day.

Definitely. I agree. Music is another great art form that can powerfully affect our emotions / mindset / and the quality of our day. which is why I love reggae music, it is usually uplifting and positive, sometimes strong and rebellious, always irie mon! (which is why bob marley and peter tosh were such threats to the establishment and had to be taken out)
