I just pulled the list from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_North_American_animals_extinct_in_the_Holocene

If you want to look at it. It lists estimated time of extinction but alot died off about 10,000 years ago. So NAs look pretty culpable. People everywhere tend to shit up the local environment but I just hate this fucking noble savage mystic like NAs are morally superior. They ate all the horses and the mastadons and they had slavery and human sacrifice and all manner of fucked up behavior. They had empires and colonized each other. So they can lay off the virtue shit.

I agree. It's basically blaming living people for what dead people did while omitting what other dead people did.

Also, Europeans had help fighting some of the natives because they had help from competing tribes. The Spanish were seen as liberators because the Aztecs were so brutal.
