I ran a search with some of the text in the hopes it was translated and available, but I couldn't find anything more specific than general references to Benito Mussolini as the source. I figured it likely came from an autobiography, so I looked on Goodreads.com and I've got to admit, I expected one or two books, but he's credited for writing several. Well, we've nothing left to loose at this point from reading one of the autobiographies.

AZquotes (where I got it from), cites the source as:

"Talks with Mussolini". Book by Emil Ludwig, 1932.
