She was basically the George W Bush of the UK. I'm not an expert on Thatcher, but she cut tons of programs that were actually helping, while simultaneously starting wars and helping bankers. Basically a total tool of the military-industrial-banking complex, and the English people suffered for it. It's very rare an English person will regard her fondly.
