I'm guessing that conflict isn't over, much like the rest of the oppression across Africa, like all the pervasive indiscriminate attacks by assets, artillery, and/or drones, in places like like Mogadishu. Sanctions are a form of economic warfare. And then there's the ongoing saber rattling trying to start a war with Venezuela, Iran, and North Korea because they refuse to have centralized banks? Lots of covert ops in every nation. Did I forget to mention hostilities with Russia, China, and Europe?
