General Butler also single-handedly prevented a fascist coup against FDR prior to WW2.

The plan was to install Butler the new president. Butler exposed those involved, and was horrified when FDR didn't prosecute the guilty conspirators.

Prescott Bush (Dubya's grandpa) was involved in the coup.
