With a bit of luck the people react to this like I do to ads, the more annoying (and that rises quickly when you see/hear one multiple times a day) the more I begin to hate/distrust the company or whatever is advertising.

Advertising costs a lot of money, and if you need to spend a lot of money to show how good you are, you probably aren't any.
