They were already doing "prebunking".
It is just: preparing everyone to accept the narrative.
Example1: They were setting everyone up to take the fake "vaccines", that ended up to be a very dangerous experimental injections with lots of side-effects.
Example2: Russia was presented as a bad country since at least 2016. While Ukraine nazis were armed and trained, deliberately causing an armed conflict.
