The HEROES Act of 2003 was one of those that Betsy DeVos's crew specifically attempted forgiveness with, which was shot down as not legal years ago by several levels of White House Lawyers and courts. Yes, this is the one the Biden Administration is knowingly and illegally pursuing anyways, as if they didn't know the results already.

Now shit-bird-liars at the Insider, are pretending their testimony that it was illegal to do so under their administration, is an act of maliciously attacking Biden's efforts...
