It's a game series, you create and take care of the characters you make aka a "sim." You are basically God. It's fun for like 5 hours and then you get bored and mod it until it breaks the game. The player base comprises mostly of women and gay men.

Right, and what does sims mean in the other sense? The title of the post sounds like a joke
