Every time Democrats are in charge it seems movies/games become ultra violent and they can't seem to wait to see how gross they can make it and since Obama pretty much ALL political or at least enough of it to justify saying all political. I half expected Trump to bring a turn around in this and family values reinstalled as usually the case when non Liberals gain a foothold but I think it may be partially due to the said Republicans refusing to work with Trump and some went with the Liberals out right?
Before the current Demo take over it wasn't so much as political but how 'gross' and crude they can get away with.
The Clinton era really fueled this shit so we hardly ever went to the theater except to see Toy Story 2 and A Bug's Life but later in the Bush era it was a major BOOM for non violent films with PLENTY of choices. Pixar and Dream Works (both different companies back then) all were competing and it was a grand time to go to the theater even as an older kid! We went every year sometimes twice to the theaters and for all the Lord of the Rings movies including a small town theater outside of our area on a vacation! 😂😂😂😂 Damn that smiley again!!! Why does it always show up? He he.
The only bad moments were the fantasy films all kept capitalizing on out grossing monsters and focusing on that instead of character developments/reactions:
They were REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLY into Orc like creatures since LOTR's came out they all kept trying to see how 'gross' they could make their creatures look without any thought or value behind it.
Narnia being a MAJOR exception except the 3rd and last film they made for obvious reasons!! They totally butchered the 'Hufflepuffs' or whatever the damn hell those stupid invisible creatures were called as the book had WAY more detail and important scenes they cut out! Hence I think why they were banned from making the 4th story as they refused to play ball with the CS Lewis Family in order to DO IT RIGHT!!!
there doesn't seem to be anything here
