If you had checked even cursorily the evidence for that, you would be dead certain that it wasn't.

Which is why Sidney Powell and her ilk will be sanctioned and disbarred.

A lawyer should have a look for some evidence before engaging a client. Before deciding that you're "pretty sure", you should too.

A lawyer would also charge a client out the wazoo, fuck off with your law bullshit. If laws are made by corrupt individuals, they are nothing more than barnyard rules. We can see this when the corrupted politicians don't go to jail for things a normal man would go to jail for. Biden should be in jail. Trump should be in jail.
