This motherfucker just used a speech about how corporations, media and politicians are coming at us from every angle and each time we consume something digitally we’re going into “mindless learning mode”, which can in turn lead to us being programmed, consumer addicts without even realizing it - then hypocritically advertised both of his bands albums which are also about the same topic 😂

So he’s aware of the dopamine feedback loop, social media and consumer addiction - is making a psa about it saying you can get in so deep you’re not even aware - and is advertising two different albums about the topic that are unique cuz they mean something lmao.

This dude is a good salesman. Not that I disagree with anything he said, but if this was solely a psa, why the band AND double album shoutout, even flashing the album artwork quick.

This shit was a funny meta advertisement lmao!

Well it's a good band anyway. They're kind of in trouble with the woke crowd, too. I guess they didn't toe the line since artists are supposed to be progressive. I like their albums.

Thanks. Indeed it's a major undertaking. Despite that I think it's worth doing and I believe that despite the vast oceans of content out there I will have my own unique voice that will fill what I see as a niche void - if I can maintain the momentum and find support.

What kind of book on what topic? What could be said that hasn't be said before?

Books are good but less people read them. I've got a bunch of unfinished screenplays started, and the important one, /s/BittersweetSeeds, will become a graphic novel if I finish the tight script. A verbose novelization can come later.

It's called The Loneliest Puppy in Outer Space. It's about a dog named Regis Philbin who's abducted by space pirates. Regis has adventures, makes friends, and cuts a bloody swath from one corner of the galaxy to the other trying to get back to his beloved master.

I consider all my efforts online as writing practice. I try not to be lazy about it even if no one even sees it - thus creating better habits. I think.

Regis is an American mutt. Be honest, is that not just the most perfect idea for a book ever? On the surface it's light and fun but there's deeper issues represented. Like Star Trek TOS but with less sex with aliens.

I love animals in general, except birds, I just only own a cat. Plus if it was Gizmo he'd spend the entire book murdering things for fun. Hmmm, maybe he can have a cameo. See, it practically writes itself. It's genius.

Your 9/11 project is important but it's not a fun subject. People like fun and people like dogs and people like space pirates. In fact, maybe there's a 9/11 parallel in The Loneliest Dog. Damn, this book is going to finish itself in no time at this rate.

I'm not aware of American dogs in space yet. The idea sounds like a children's book. So far I'm not interested at all. If you had a good opening hook to convince me to read further, and continued with a worthy and satisfying story, then I can change my tune.

Yes, I get verbose here, in order to be as clear as possible. I aim to keep my videos as short as possible. The 9/11 video(s) should be 9:11.

Nothing. I have a few I'd like to write and illustrate. I know for a fact it's a VERY difficult market and not as easy as you'd think. Mostly due to everything but the actual book and its content.

My dowsing rod is divine (not the actor/actress/singer). But I'd need to find someone with money though. More importantly, I'd need someone who can handle my shit. More important that that, I'd need to want to be with them. Of course Tinder may be good for just hookups, which would be fine, but inevitably I'd want more. Another timesuck. I'll wait until after 9/11 and then I guess I should start looking before I'm really old.
