Plenty of other languages have aspirated consonants. Some languages, such as Chinese, categorize them separately from non-aspirated consonants — and you can't even speak the language correctly without using them. In English you could choose to tone-down the aspiration and it's quite likely no one would even notice. But in Chinese you would have trouble communicating.
So according to their argument speaking Chinese is spreading Coronavirus more than English — but they'll never tell you that.
Also: I doubt that such a small amount of air would make much of a difference.

They're delighted by the gullibility of people, and are having the time of their lives with this nonsense.
They think most people are far beyond stupid.
