Meth is a problem with addictive regular extreme usage. Truck drivers use it. Many occupations use it. It's speed, and is prescribed in various forms like Ritalin, Dexedrine, and Adderall, though I don't know if they'd show up. Meth is problematic for, among other reasons, it's unmeasured and unpure qualities possibly mixed with other things - unlike Big Pharma products that are supposed to be regulated.
From what I hear it's not as insane up and down with extreme highs and lows of cocaine, but after a few days without sleep it's all insane, regardless which drug. Its fun until it's not.
I wonder why they say fentanyl and not heroin cut with fentanyl? Are they pushing that agenda somehow? Is it a common substitute now? I thought it was killer dangerous.
