Same people. UK branch (NATO). They've been using astroturf and analytics tech on ME countries since at least 2008 (on populations). Then on western countries (stop talking about bailouts) and ME proxy forces (Libya, Syria) since 2011.

I think Google were just data capture and infrastructure until 2014. But then they were repurposed for the 2016 election to support Clinton. Probably why Cambridge Analytica got behind Trump.
