When will the Taliban start programming?

Only programmers who passionately hate modern scum (members of modern western culture) can possibly write good code. So I think the Taliban have the best potential to make good programmers. When will they start programming?

Well large numbers of people in Afghanistan can't even count so I think programming is going to take a few more years for them to master.
