You can just make it do so, I think. If not, then that's OK; I never really use YouTube so it working for me doesn't mean it'll work for you.
Though there are ethical problems with blocking ads online that you have to consider. You know, weigh up against the massive privacy violations that the ad networks permit you to be at the short end of.

I changed the setting AdNauseam ,it works now.
Though there are ethical problems with blocking ads online that you have to consider.
I never consider it's an ethical problem.

Well, it is. Not a very hard one in most cases, but I tend to tick the box in the AdNauseam settings that permits ads that honour DNT.
