I just don't feel the need to carry said device with me 24/7 and let anyone just interrupt what I'm doing (or, track/market/datamine, etc) whenever they want?

I can sit down and use my PC when I want to... and I unplug and leave it when I'm done.

I didn't say I was some kind of amish person, shunning all technology - I was simply pointing out that the only way to be secure from tech-based crime, is to not use it.
