A large business using sleezy tactics to remain on-top, well, I never!

Use Brave Browser instead. It's like Chrome but more secure and faster and still allows Chrome addons.

Did they go back to v56?

Then I'm not really interested. I have the old and new FF and Vivaldi but I use Brave now.

There's also Waterfox and Basilisk, which are based on Firefox v56. Pale Moon goes back even further.

v56 was the best!

But it's now getting outdated. I was sooooooooooooooooooooo pissed when they didn't warn about the EPIC change.

Waterfox hasn't worked for me. I've reinstalled it many times. Maybe it's time again. I've tried others to and been disappointed. I'll check out those two. Thanks.

Np. Oh, and for a similar retro experience: SeaMonkey is still a thing.

Firefox is very slow on my various computers, relative to Chrome. Unless Google is installing malware to make firefox.exe run like shit, I'm going to lay blame on Mozilla for this.

I agree with that after I used many years of Firefox. Nasty chrome.

I know right.

Why get rid of multiple status bars, vertical bars, puzzle bars, etc etc etc. All the great addons.

Actually, there are extensions developing on Chrome, but I hate it.
