The whole article is just the change-log copy/pasted sprinkled with 'hip aunt on facebook' type language...
It's still a pretty cool distro working from USB and RAm and shutsdown clean when you pull out the USB (unless you're updating/upgrading). But RTFM is appropriate as accessing Tor on work/government owned networks might cost you your job!
