The state and the police are the largest perpetrators of violence. While I disagree with many of the ideas being pushed by BLM, I do think that police reform and accountability are worthy causes. I am very wary of labeling groups as terrorists, and using such language to advocate censorship.

I share a lot of articles here on Saidit, and while I try to post things that are relevant it doesn't mean I endorse everything the author is saying. As someone who believes in personal and economic freedom I am opposed to Marxist ideology, though I don't think any ideas should be suppressed with censorship. And I'm definitely against looting and harming innocent people.

That said, there are legitimate reasons to protest the police, and not all the people out there protesting police misconduct are associated with Marxisism, BLM, Antifa and such. The media has definitely characterized all the protests in this way, they're trying to polarize us further using racial division, class division, and political division, among others. It's the same way they labeled the all lockdown protesters as far right, white domestic terrorists who don't care about other people's safety.
