I'd add:

waterfox instead of firefox (Soros involved in firefox now)

bitchute (or hooktube) as a replacement for youtube

free email: disroot.org (Dutch), tutanota.com (German), yandex.com (Russian).

Protonmail is Swiss, gmx is German, fastmail is Australian. Zoho has close links to Google: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoho_Office_Suite Canary appears to only be an app for apple smartphones ?

Last I heard, GMX is owned by Caramail, which is a French company.

Quite the opposite: GMX (German) is a sister of 1&1 (German) and Fashosts (German), both owned by United Internet (German). Caramail (French) was closed in 2009, GMX acquired the domain name and transferred old Caramail users to GMX.

Libre Office instead of Google Docs or Microsoft Office

I found that Libre Office is a little bit dated. WPS Office is less cluttered, but not completely free.

I love libreoffice! Much better than OpenOffice.

Fennec Fox for android ( grab on fdroid) replaces Firefox with proprietary stuff removed.

LineageOS with MicroG instead of android OS. Completely removes google from phone.

Yalp store instead of google play store. Couple with microg so you can still use play service apps.

Saidit and Libreyup instead of Reddit.

gab instead of twitter, if you want to go down that route
