He splits a fine hair with this choice.collecting data ok. Retreaving that data should involve a real judge issuing that right to invade the accused and all they know. The eye in the sky is real. I agree that protecting your privacy and data is in your own hands. Still, having a lifetime supreme court judge that does not respect the 4th Amendment is a scary thing.
