He splits a fine hair with this choice.collecting data ok. Retreaving that data should involve a real judge issuing that right to invade the accused and all they know. The eye in the sky is real. Even if you wanted to change this you have to have realized the cat is out of the bag. 2.8 Billion device's. Enjoy! Encrypt. At least make them work for it. Jobs program.

I agree that protecting your privacy and data is in your own hands. Still, having a lifetime supreme court judge that does not respect the 4th Amendment is a scary thing.
