I don't know what the solution is, but here is some anecdotal information. I was going through some really old files and I saw a receipt for insulin purchased 20 years ago. It was $30 a bottle. The same exact insulin today is $360 a bottle. A 90 day supply costs me over $3000. $1000 per month just for the privilege of getting to stay alive. The inflation is just pure greed and profit. It costs them nothing more to produce than it used to; in fact probably less. I can go on vacation in Canada and purchase it for $56 per bottle and take a supply back across the border with me. What's wrong with this picture?

The health care system (independent doctors, nurses, pharmacists, etc.) were at one time dedicated to healing the sick and injured.

About a hundred years ago it was corporatized, and transformed into a wealth extraction system.
