There's also the House of Representatives vs the Senate, the senate gives more representation to states, and the house of representatives is proportional to the population in each state. I'm on the fence about the usefulness of the Electoral College, myself. Especially with how much super-delegate rigging (bribing) there is.

Proportional perhaps.. The tragedy of trump backing down on adding a citizenship question on the census, is there have been numerous reports that many illegal aliens are being counted as to increase their states house delegates.

Should they be considered? I'm not sure, but I think this should be discussed at the least.
