Americans scream that there is inequality and that the rich are evil.

Being wealthy is not bad, however. The solutions to inequality are the problem.

Americans insist inequality must be fixed by increasing the minimum wage, adding regulations, raising taxes, and expanding welfare.

Increasing the minimum wage, adding regulations, raising taxes, and expanding welfare would make everything worse, though, by expanding the power of the government, killing businesses, increasing costs, and rewarding laziness.

The elites don't care if there are more rules and taxes. The 1% pay off the politicians with campaign donations to write the laws. The rich have influence and lawyers. The ruling class have loopholes for themselves. The regulations and taxes are used to enslave and kill off the 99%.

No one would want to get rich if they were rewarded with welfare for being lazy and punished with taxes and regulations for working hard.

The solution for inequality is more freedom, fewer laws, lower taxes, and less welfare.
