Yep, they're commies and it's a hostile business environment. That's why, despite having every natural advantage, people are abandoning the state for almost anywhere else. The problem with economically devastating leftists policies is, it balloons until the state is ruined, then the people leave the state and try to institute the same policies in a state that's been working better. Like a fungus that bursts and spreads it's spores all over everything.
