Supreme Court justices should serve 6-year terms. After that, the justice would have to be reappointed and reconfirmed.

Article is a hit piece.

Nothing wrong with the Supreme Court except for the Biden DEI appointment who doesn’t know law.

Current rules of serving on the court for life are well known. Elections have consequences. Don’t like a conservative majority Supreme Court? Suffer. Just suffer.

The Supreme Court justices should not be elected but after a 6-year term they should be reappointed and reconfirmed.
