He improved the economy and gave pride to Germans. He was an excellent orator. He had good intuition. In March 1936, he moved troops into the Rhineland in defiance of the Versailles Treaty. His generals were shocked but just as he anticipated France did nothing. One of those people the article called degenerate helped defeat Hitler. He was Alan Turing who led the team which broke the Enigma code.

The romantic notion that a small nationality can conquer the world and be its moral police forever by controlling the cycles of governments everywhere due to some inherent moral superiority/manifest destiny.
