I mean, normally I side with Trump, but this is Ty Cobb. This cat made a fool of Babe Ruth. Only guy who could reliably hit Walter "Big Train" Johnson.

But it's fine when Biden or Clinton does it 🙄

He looks guilty to me. What I'm interested in is his motive. Has he betrayed his country?

Amen. Toss Trump in a cell with Clintons and the Bidens for the rest of their natural lives.

He'll still run from there and win anyway.

I think voting for a criminal would put off some of the marginal voters.

On the upside you'd see the issue of whether a president can pardon themselves settled in case law.

With all the nonsense they threw at him from 2015 to 2020, he still won in 2020 and had the most votes of any republican ever LMAO he'll win if he's convicted of literally anything

James Comey speculating on Clinton's emails, and Russian hacking and releasing of DNC emails, as well as their work on social media helped him a lot.

On the other hand he still lost the popular vote by 2.9 million votes, and remains the only president this millennium to be kicked out after one term.

Comey speculating? You mean, testifying to Congress that she committed literally hundreds of felonies?

LOL. You mean Biden? Stay focused!

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

    No, I don't mean Biden.

We're talking about Ty Cobb predicting that the Mar a lago documents resulting in a prison sentence for Trump. This is because there is sufficient evidence to show that the former president and his top advisers had knowledge of the correct declassification process, and so that the breaking of the law had criminal mind.

It's Trump that owns Mar a Lago, not Biden.

    [–]sproketboy 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Biden owns a garage where he put all the documents he took in an insecure way next to his crack addled son.

    [–]ActuallyNot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (0 children)

When Biden discovered the documents, he notified NARA. They said "can we have a look around for anything you've missed?" and he said "sure".

That's why what he did doesn't meet the criteria for criminality. You have to have intent.

Having a family member struggling with addiction also isn't a crime.

However, as per the article, there's informed legal opinions that Trump's not been so lawful.

If the [D]'s stay in, Dumbf will be imprisoned, and the #Vaxocaust will continue to go unpunished.

LOL alternate headline would be "disgruntled former employee dislikes old boss, hopes things go badly for him"

He has as much evidence as Lyin' Chuck Schumer had for russiarussiarussia, but do let's give him a platform, because of course orangeman bad
