The problem with most Democrats is that they ARE moderates

Need to fight fascists with equally radical approaches, but Democrats can't be bothered and many of them partially agreee with some of the right wing approaches (though not fascism)

The other problem is that the 'radical right' have taken the rest of the right with it. There are no moderate GOP, not at the voting booth.
