Curious whether this would actually protect these states or not, if the Federal Government decides that only a CBDC is legal tender or something like that, is this actually gonna hold up in court? Would be interesting to know more about the legal landscape as concerns this issue as it looks increasingly likely that this is gonna become relevant at some point in the near future

Just use cash. That's it. For unless a majority of people move to digital, they simply cannot move from fiat Monopoly money to 0's and 1's / imaginary 'money'.

They will either:

1> Sunset cash after 1 year

2> Outlaw cash for purchases over $5000 for a year and then outlaw cash completely.

Risky dangerous scheme that means the end of your freedom and the end of America.

JUST SAY NO.

Again, those options only open up if, say (I don't know the actual "tipping point") two-thirds or more have already adopted the binary code currencies. Implementing vax style "mandates" would destroy the global economy overnight.

The one thing no one considers is that, if the world did move to a purely digital currency, and we had some huge C. M. E. ("Coronal Mass Ejection") -- a matter of when, not if -- and another "Carrington Event" (1865) occurred, or even an E. M. P. attack, and all the electronics were destroyed / wiped of data, the only people who would possess wealth would be those with precious metals and those with tangible skills (mechanics, engineers etc.)... And that's a position I do not believe billionaires sitting atop of fiat fortunes, ever want to end up in.

interesting points! People will naturally move towards barter and using currency substitutes like bullets.

Cash is just paper IOU's traded by corrupt fractional reserves, but at least it doesn't spy on you.

This is the way. Nullify federal regulations and laws.

When 'Indirect Democracy' has been perfidiously used to usurp the citizenry
of which “X” is merely the next/ latest scheme to do so
then, to restore and ensure Real Democracy
– to return to the citizenry their rights and
– to safeguard against usurpation – present and future
Direct Democracy is the proper, logical answer
AND NOT just be non-compliant / “Anti-X”

More fundamentally,
If Corporatocracy is the problem, then let’s Decorporatize

But what everything really boils down to:
Direct Change - You Are The Company You Keep
