PBS has an EXCELLENT history as an educational network, and one of the few services for which taxes are well spent. The alternative is CORPORATE TV. Go to hell.

Taxes should only be used to pay for services that are used by everyone and are required by everyone such as building roads and picking up the trash.

People do not need television to live and they really don't need the internet to live,
