Alternate headline: north carolina supreme court removes itself from a process undertaken by the elected representatives of a majority of the people

This is the way to end gerrymandering. The US government should have companies produce a computer program that creates voting districts. All states will be obligated to use the winning program.

Of course, there is no way the trannies in programing would turn this to the advantage of the Blue team. They would never!

The program would have to be submitted to a scientific publication for peer review. Also, how would the program favor a particular party? Such a program could begin in one corner of the state and create a rectangle which expands until a specific number of people is enclosed. It would then begin another rectangle. The process would continue until the entire state is filled with rectangles.

Peer review is also beyond reproach, as a system. It literally could NOT be partial to any side!

Republicans tend to not shoot themselves in the foot.
