Political persecution by tyrants who do not appreciate being exposed for what they are.

Part of the problem is that the GOP have thwarted every attempt at accountability and transparency over the years, thereby expanding the corruption envelope for politicians. And the DOJ are dragging their feet on the Jan 6th report. Which means that lawsuits against Trump are generally unrelated to the interests of the GOP.

Here is are lists of lawsuits which have been appropriately addressing the corrupt bastard's illegal activities:

Hedges wasn't saying Trump didn't do those things. He hates Trump, he is just suggesting that the corruption isn't the reason the Democrats really hate him, but because he has revealed the deeper corruption of the underlying system itself that the Democrats are also a part of

Yes - reports for the past 40 years have shown that lawmakers become millionaires soon after election to office, partially because of insider investments they can arrange with the help of immediate acces to top secret intelligence documents. Here's a recent report. So we know that all lawmakers want a piece of that pie, which is obviously corrupt. Pelosi stood in the way of investor reform a few years ago. They also protected Trump. Perhaps he no longer has their protection, but he probably knows enough about some of them to keep some of that protection. He's also had major international protection from Russia, China, Israel, Turkey and other countries. I think Hedges makes some good points, but none of that is new. What's new is that the latest lawsuits might be difficult for Trump to avoid.

There was no insurrection. If there was an Insurrection they would have found weapons but all they found was bear spray and mace and pocket knives.

If there was an Insurrection they would have came to the White House with shotguns and rifles and assault weapons this is simply more b******* to make up things to accuse Mr Trump of because Mr Trump isn't down with the tranny agenda and because Mr Trump suggested on International television that maybe Muslims hate us where does he get the nerve?

The plan was to attack the former VP, Pelosi and AOC, and to cancel the vote that day on the next president. The plan was not to use firearms in order to achieve their goals. Read the report here:

An armed insurgency would have been a better way to show what Trump and the GOP have done to the Republican base of voters. It would have bolstered support for Democrats and would have inspired most of the US to be against Trump/GOP fascism (as had already been visible in the election). And it would not have changed the president from Biden to Trump.

On that day, tear gas fogged the air as gunfire rang out, and a violent mob crashed against the sealed doors.

Not one person went for a tour of the White House on that day had any firearms on them but they did have bear spray and pocket knives this entire report is fabricated.

This is one of the reasons I invited you to look at the report.

There were indeed firearms and other weapons at the Jan 6th terrorist attack. Tucker Carlson lied several times about this. Merely look at the documents. If you can't read those, have someone read to you one of these:

I watched the video of people walking up and down the hallways and I didn't see any video of any of these people waving Firearms around but you can show it to me if you want to.

[–]dicknipples 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (9 children)

you know that's not the issue

[–]pattis 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (8 children)

I'm happy to look at the video if you can show me some video of anyone roaming around the halls of the White House carrying firearms.

If there had truly been an armed attack on the White House my people please you would have seen people carrying assault weapons and shotguns but you didn't see that in any video did you but instead we see reports of how somebody from Oath Keepers had a gun back in his hotel so what

I've already responded to this. Let's avoid responding to each others' comments from now on.

go fuck yourself

I said if you want to show me a video with people wandering around the halls of the White House carrying firearms you may feel free to do that otherwise go f*** yourself.

All of your reports about people having firearms are entirely fabricated

What makes this notable isn't what was said, it was who is saying it. Chris Hedges is not a conservative, he has an audience of radical leftists

From Wikipedia:

"Hedges has described himself as a socialist[66][67] and an anarchist."

"Hedges' 2007 book American Fascists describes the fundamentalist Christian right in the United States as a fascist movement."

They are simply covering their bases they are playing both sides of the table they are playing the good cop and the bad cop they are playing both sides of the tennis court because they are very determined to boot Donald Trump out for any stupid reason they can fabricate so they are simply fabricating many many reasons from all different angles

If he were guilty of any crime (((they))) would have buried him by now.

That is not a safe assumption to make it is not important about the battles that are won or lost but instead it is important that the fat lady sings at the end of the circus do not be surprised if Donald Trump doesn't end up in a prison cell such as adx supermax.

Given that the people who are orchestrating the war on Trump control the courts, congress, media, military and clandestine services as proven by the kangaroo court by which they impeached him using falsified evidence it is in fact a very safe assumption.

Their slander is relentless and they keep getting away with it. Their lies have been exposed with zero consequences. They have no shame. And people like you are still too stupid to recognize them as liars.

[–]pattis 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (4 children)

And people like you are still too stupid to recognize them as liars.

Maybe you could keep things on a professional level..

The truth is you don't know what I believe in what I don't believe but I do believe that you better not underestimate Mr Trump because you really don't know what he has been doing since the election was stolen now do you?

[–]Canbot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (3 children)

Sorry, I meant that in tbe nicest way possible.

I don't think there is anything Trump can do, he is one man. In order for things to change people need to see the crininal deep state for what it is. That is why it upsets me so much when I see people so easily manipulated by the media.

[–]pattis 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (2 children)

Next time you call me stupid I'll be sure to remember that you mean that well and in a nice way.

[–]Canbot 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (1 child)

Stupid is a spectrum. We are all stupid relative to everyone who is smarter.

Never underestimate Donald Trump
