"Some of the most evil people in the world" are already in power right here. I'm not going to quibble over degrees of "rights", which used to be based on non-discrimination over immutable characteristics, but now include mental defects, perpetual 'reproduction by recruiting/grooming', "lifestyle choices" and 'feels'.
