We've already seen that anything one side does in their attempts to take/hold power, the other side WILL use themselves as soon at the opportunity arises. They're swapping a single playbook back and forth and acting all shocked when their opponents pull out the same dirty tricks.

    the precedent is a president can't do anything illegal, so they can never go to jail. Gorsuch has said he agrees with this. But the rogue NY lawyer is prosecuting. So if anything what would happen is trump is indicted, loses in court, appeals, follows that process, it goes to supreme court and is overruled and he goes free. Biden has done illegal stuff too of course, all presidents have. Like W Bush and obama, they both ordered innocents killed. If you can arrest Trump for hush money surely you can arrest someone else for ordering murder.
