The Democrats have never let the rule of law or Constitution constrain them.
As for the "ineffective crime strategy" the article invokes, crime rates are a ruse- a distraction from the true aim to make gun ownership illegal so that the population is effectively disarmed.

Crime rates have nothing to do with guns, and everything to do with law enforcement, prevention, and quality of life.
You'd think they'd be pushing for the removal of signature verification requirements to make gun ownership more equitable and obtainable to the least served demographic areas, like is done with voting ballot checks?
