All states have rights. Just because they are ignored doesn't mean they don't exist.

In this video they claim Texas has no special rights by Federal guidelines.

See what they did there? They intentionally ignored state code to give their story the outcome they wanted. Or more accurately the outcome selected for them.

Yes, it is a seemingly small matter, but one where consent is being manufactured.
